Text on handmade Zanders vélin with watermark, plates on strong Scheufelen paper. – Title in red + black. – 200 further preferential hand-bound copies in half vellum, the rest in cloth, all by A. Köllner, Leipsic. – Indices on names + places. – Very fine copy, even with the time-stained illustrated wrapper.

Here re-arranged by 144 described objects in Heinrich Mendelssohn’s house with Café Schottenhaml at the Kemper Place. Interior by Oskar Kaufmann. – The plates depicting views, among which Bellevue Palace as seen from the steam ship Prinzess Charlotte, view of Potsdam, winter pleasure on the Spree at the Tiergarten. Also character heads, street scenes, genre, uniforms, birds, flowers, chandeliers.
